After 9 years in the education sector, working for two well known recruitment agencies, Education Supply Pool was established in 2014, with the ethos of putting the needs of the candidate first. ESP quickly became one of the leading education agencies in South East Wales, proving an extremely honest and reliable service.

Compliance Director
Working to help others is a passion that runs through my family, and after 18 years working in retail management, I decided to take a completely different Career path and retrain as a teaching assistant. I hoped to make a difference in the lives of children with their education, for 6 years I was lucky enough to work in a local school to do just that.
ABBEY PIACENTINI
Senior Account Manager
At the beginning of 2016, I joined ESP as a teaching assistant working on supply and pretty much realised straight away that the principles and morals of this agency were spot on for their candidates. In September 2016, I was offered a full-time permanent role as Compliance and Resource Officer. Since then, I have progressed to Senior Account Manager for Newport and Monmouthshire primary schools.
SERA DIMMICK
Account Manager
Over six years of teaching experience working and volunteering in the community and internationally. Originally from Toronto, moved to Wales in 2018 to complete my PGCE. Ever since, I have been working in several schools across South Wales as a Primary Teacher. Before moving to Wales, I decided to search abroad for teaching experiences which led me to working in Spain and Turkey at summer camps.
CLAIRE CARTER JONES
Marketing Manager
After initially being employed as an account manager – I soon found myself taking on the task of managing the social media and marketing side of the business, which opened another role for me within ESP. I have been the Marketing and Communications manager for over six years now and have enjoyed growing within the business and seeing it expand.

Hello, my names Mike! I work at Education Supply Pool. I have spent my whole working career in customer service and retail. I wanted to make a change to my life and was given a fantastic opportunity to work with this agency. I am very excited to be here and very impressed with everything Education Supply Pool have done in the past. Not just for their clients but for the schools in their districts. The charity and volunteer work they provide was the main reason I was so eager to be a part of this family. I have done a lot of charity work myself, so this was a great reason behind my enthusiasm to be here.

Hello! I Joined ESP in early 2024 after previous recruitment experience working for Care Supply Pool. I have spent 7 years as a Teaching Assistant working in various primary and secondary schools in South Wales and 3 years working as a support Worker in Children’s Residential Homes. The aspirations and principles of ESP match my own goals embracing a strong caring work ethic as a catalyst for achieving success. I am currently the Account Manager for Blaenau Gwent and Merthyr Tydfil Schools. Utilizing my extensive expertise in both the Education and Care Sectors, I am eager to effect significant positive change for both clients and candidates.
During my free time, I’m often walking, exploring or watching football!
